Our honey comes straight from our hives here in Western New York, harvested in small batches and bottled by hand. We keep it raw and unfiltered, never overheating it or adding anything extra, so you get honey the way the bees made it.
Because it’s produced locally, each harvest reflects the flowers blooming in our area at that moment in time. That’s why the flavor, color, and texture can change from jar to jar — it’s a natural snapshot of the season.
